QIH53 - Super Chakra 7

The term chakra refers to the energy chakra of the whole body. The chakra is called the spiritual energy center in the body. There are 7 chakras in the body. These energy rotating chakras correspond to the central nervous system in the body, starting from the top of your head. Spinal nerves to the bottom of the pelvis; they regulate all parts of your body system, affecting everything from emotional processing and resistance to disease. Each of the seven main chakras are related to each other, including the neural axis and the main organ axis, as well as our mental, emotional and mental states. Qivaro Chakra 7 Energy Po helps to awaken and balance all seven chakras. Since everything is moving, it is vital to keep our seven main chakras open, aligned and smooth.

Muladhara: Stability and safety are related to the chakra of our basic needs. After opening this chakra, we will feel safe and fearless.

Svadhisthana: The chakra of creativity and sexuality. It is located above the pubic bone and below the belly button and is responsible for our creative expression.

Manipura: The source of personal strength means a shiny gem, which is the area from the belly button to the breastbone.

Anahata: The source of love and connection, it is the bridge between our body, mind, emotion and spirit.

Vishuddha: The source of words and the ability to express our highest truth lies in the throat.

Ajna Chakra area: Intuition center, located between the eyebrows.

Samsara: Chakra's inspiration and spiritual connection to our higher selves, others and other people. It is located at the top of the head.
