The term chakra refers to the energy chakra of the whole body. The chakra is called the spiritual energy center in the body. There are 7 chakras in the body. Anahata: The source of love and connection, it is the bridge between our body, mind, emotion and spirit.

Vishuddha: The source of words and the ability to express our highest truth lies in the throat.

Ajna Chakra area: Intuition center, located between the eyebrows.

Samsara: Chakra's inspiration and spiritual connection to our higher selves, others and other people. It is located at the top of the head.
